I was born in Prince George BC and spent most of my childhood moving around northern BC as well as a few different spots on the east coast of Canada. My husband and I moved our family to the Okanagan in 2012 and I have been here ever since.  I lost Andy to a sudden heart attack in January of 2016 and so for the last 7 years I have either thriving or surviving…depends on the day. My intention for this blog is just to have a place for me to share my thoughts and feelings.
